AI Training for Managed Service Providers

Microsoft Copilot Training for Your Clients. Delivered by Us

For MSPs, Resellers, and IT Support Businesses Ready to Close the Adoption Gap

The Problem

You've sold the licences. Maybe hundreds of them. Microsoft 365 Copilot is live across your clients' businesses but most of the users are barely touching it. It's not a technology problem. It's a training and adoption problem.

When Copilot doesn't get used, clients don't renew. They question the investment. There's an opportunity you might be leaving on the table. Training is a service your clients need and are willing to pay for.

What We Do

We deliver Microsoft Copilot training for your clients. Live, tailored, and built around how their teams work. The training is the same high-quality session we deliver direct. What changes is how it's positioned, packaged, and presented, depending on what works best for your business.

Every session includes pre-session preparation tailored to your client's business, live delivery by an experienced trainer with 25 years of business and marketing experience, a follow-up Q&A session to cement adoption, and supporting materials your clients keep and use.

Your clients get training that changes how they work. You get the repeat license business and the credit for helping them.

How We Work With MSPs, IT Resellers and IT Support Businesses

We work with you in the way that best supports your business, your clients, and your commercial structure. In practice that tends to look like one of three things:

Referred Partnership

You identify the need, make the introduction, and we deliver the training directly to your client under The AI Standard brand. Simple, low-overhead, and a value-add for your client relationship. We handle everything from scoping to delivery, you stay close to the relationship without taking on the delivery burden.

White Label Delivery

We deliver the training under your brand. Your clients see your business as the provider. You set the price, manage the relationship, and take the margin. We handle the delivery. This works particularly well for IT firms that want to build a training offer without building a training capability.

Co-Delivery

For IT firms that want to be more hands-on, we can deliver alongside your team, combining your technical knowledge of the client's Microsoft environment with our training expertise. This tends to work well for larger clients or more complex rollouts where deep client knowledge matters.

Why This Works for Your Business

It closes the adoption gap your clients are already noticing

Clients who get proper training use Copilot. Clients who use it renew licences, expand seats, and associate that value with you. The training investment pays for itself in licence retention alone.

It adds a revenue stream without adding headcount

You don't need to hire a trainer, build a curriculum, or spend time on delivery. You bring the client relationship and we bring everything else.

It's a differentiator

Most of your competitors are selling the same Microsoft products at similar margins. Very few are offering genuine adoption support. Training is a visible, tangible way to demonstrate that you care whether your clients get value out of the licenses they buy.

It protects the client relationship

When a client feels they've been sold software they don't know how to use, they remember who sold it to them. Proactive training changes that dynamic. It shows that you're invested in their success, not just the sale.

Who This is For

MSP owners, directors, and MDs who are thinking seriously about how to build more value into their client relationships and more margin into their business.

It's particularly relevant if any of the following apply:

You've sold Copilot licences and adoption is lower than it should be.

You want to add a training offer but don't have the internal resource to build and deliver it.

You're looking for ways to differentiate from competitors who are selling the same products at similar prices.

You have a client base that's asking questions about AI that go beyond the technical, and you want to be the business that helps them.

What Your Clients Walk Away With

Every session is designed to produce a measurable shift in how your clients' teams use Copilot not just awareness of what it can do.

Confidence to use it daily

Everyone starts from a different place. Some team members will be fearful of AI, others will be racing ahead. This training supports the whole team.

Clear guardrails

Practical guidance on what's safe to share with AI tools and what isn't, without a 40-page policy document.

Follow up Q&A Session

Questions often arise two weeks after the training, once people start using Copilot for actual work. We come back to answer them.

A repeatable prompt framework

A simple, structured approach to getting useful outputs, rather than the vague results most people are used to.

Supporting materials

A prompt guide and reference card your clients keep at their desk, not filed away.

FAQs

Can we white label the training completely?

Yes. Under the white label model, your clients see your brand throughout, from the booking confirmation to the session itself to the supporting materials. We operate in the background. How you price and package it is entirely up to you.

Do you have a referral fee structure?

Yes, for referred partnerships where we deliver directly to your client under The AI Standard brand. The structure is agreed at the start of the relationship. Get in touch and we'll talk through what's appropriate for your volume and client base.

What does the pre-session preparation involve?

Before every session we spend time understanding the client's business, the Microsoft tools they have in place, and the specific teams attending. This shapes the examples, exercises, and Q&A we prepare. It's the difference between training that lands and training that gets forgotten.

How long does a session take to set up?

From first conversation to delivery, typically three to four weeks. That allows enough time for proper scoping and preparation. If a client has an urgent need we can move faster — get in touch and we'll assess what's realistic.

Can you deliver to large enterprise clients, or is this only for SMEs?

Both. The session format scales from small teams of ten to organisations of several hundred. For larger clients we discuss the format, multiple runs, dedicated sessions for different functions, or a phased rollout as part of the scoping conversation.

What if our clients are also using AI tools beyond Copilot?

The Copilot sessions focus specifically on Microsoft 365 Copilot. If your clients use a wider mix of AI tools and would benefit from broader vendor agnostic training, we offer that separately and it can be packaged alongside the Copilot session or delivered independently.

Do you offer ongoing support after the training?

The follow-up Q&A two weeks after delivery is included as standard. For clients who want ongoing support like additional sessions, advanced training, or AI consultancy for their leadership team we can scope that separately. Some IT partners find it useful to have an ongoing arrangement that they can offer to clients as a premium add-on.

How do we get started?

Get in touch for an initial conversation. We'll talk through your client base, the commercial model that makes most sense for your business, and what a first engagement might look like. No lengthy process, no obligation.
