AI is now in the hands of every member of your team, whether your business has rolled it out formally or not. Some are using it well. Most are using a fraction of what's possible. A few aren't using it at all, and quietly worry they're being left behind.
This session brings everyone onto the same page. In 60 to 120 minutes, we cut through the noise, explain what AI actually is in plain language, and show your team how to use it well, safely, and with judgement. It's vendor agnostic, which means we focus on the principles that apply whether your team is using Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or whatever lands on their desk next.
By the end, every person in the room knows what AI is, what it isn't, and how to start using it properly the same day.
Why this matters now, what to expect from the session, and how to get the most from the next 60 to 120 minutes.
A clear, jargon-free explanation of what generative AI is and how it works. Including the analogies that make it click for non-technical people, and the misconceptions that hold even daily users back.
A vendor-neutral tour of the main tools your team is likely to encounter, what each is good at, and where the meaningful differences are. No vendor pitch, no recommendations driven by commission.
The practical principles that separate good AI use from bad. Including a repeatable prompt framework, the workflows where AI saves the most time, and the situations where it shouldn't be used at all.
What to share, what not to share, and the questions every employee should ask before pasting anything into an AI tool. Practical, not preachy.
Stop doing repeatable tasks from scratch each time and start building repeatable systems to achieve consistent high quality outputs.
Every member of your team working from the same baseline knowledge of what AI is and how it fits into their work.
A simple structure for getting genuinely useful output, rather than the generic results most people settle for.
The ability to pick up any AI tool and use it well, rather than being tied to one specific platform.
A practical sense of what's safe to do with AI at work, and what isn't, without needing to read a 40-page policy document.
Any business that wants its whole team to use AI well, regardless of which tools they have access to.
This session is built to work for the person who has never opened an AI tool, the person who uses ChatGPT for the odd email, and the person who lives in Copilot or Claude every day. Everyone leaves with something they didn't have when they walked in.
Sessions are tailored to your business context and the tools your team actually uses. Examples come from your world, not generic scenarios.
No. The session is built to work for complete beginners and people already using AI tools daily, in the same room. We start from first principles, then move quickly into practical use. Nobody gets left behind, and nobody sits there bored.
No. This session is deliberately vendor agnostic. We cover the principles that apply across Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and any AI tool your team is likely to encounter. If you want Copilot-specific training, we offer that separately. If your team uses a mix of tools, or you want them to think clearly across all of them, this is the session to book.
There are some brilliant resources online, but free training assumes everyone learns at the same pace and applies what they learn on their own. In practice, most people watch a few videos, get distracted, and never change how they work. A live, tailored session creates shared language across your team, addresses your specific context, and builds in the accountability that turns training into actual behaviour change.
Yes. Every session includes pre-session preparation where we learn about your business, the tools your team uses, and the work they actually do. Examples and exercises are drawn from your context, not generic scenarios. This is the single biggest reason adoption sticks.
There's no fixed cap. We deliver this as a live webinar style session, which scales comfortably from small teams of 10 up to organisations of several hundred. To maximise attendance, we can run the session twice on different days so people can pick the slot that works for their diary.
Yes. The recording is shared with your business afterwards so anyone who couldn't attend live can watch it back, and so attendees can revisit specific points. The follow-up Q&A session two weeks later is also recorded.
The first questions people have about AI usually arrive once they start using it in their actual work, not during the training itself. The follow-up Q&A, held roughly two weeks after the second run, is where those real-world questions get answered. It's where adoption gets cemented.
Yes. Practical, plain-language guidance on safe and sensible use is built into every session. Your team will leave knowing what's appropriate to share with AI tools, what isn't, and the questions to ask before pasting anything in. If you need deeper, business-wide policy work, we offer dedicated sessions for that.
No. The AI Standard takes no commissions from any AI vendor and sells no software. The advice and training you receive is independent. This matters because most AI training in the market is delivered by partners with a commercial interest in pushing one specific tool.
£1,800 plus VAT covers the pre-session preparation, both live runs of the session, the follow-up Q&A two weeks later, and all support materials. Pricing is fixed regardless of attendee numbers.
A 30-minute pre-session call with the right person from your business, a calendar invite to your team for the live sessions, and a willingness to share enough context about your business so the examples land. That's it.
